By using this website and our services, you agree to the following terms:

Our services are offered by Certified Credit Consultants and comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

2. No Guaranteed Results

We cannot guarantee the removal of accurate negative items from your credit report. We focus only on disputing inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.

3. Fees & Payment

Services are billed at $10/week per item, for a maximum of 16 or 30 weeks, depending on the service. No upfront fees are collected.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final once service begins. Any cancellations must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of first payment.

5. Client Responsibility

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information. We are not liable for credit issues that result from omitted or false data.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
